I bought this video because I liked more training videos Deborah Lee, 29-minute workout for beginners. This video is also great and has some of the exercises themselves, but more focused on muscle building and sculpture. It 's a great compliment to the 29 Minute Workout Beginner or personal use. I was not a fan of Cosmopolitan spot sprayed through the video and heard Deborah was a bit 'limited by it, while others with his video, was able to show more personality, but stillcontinue professional, clear, concise and encouraging. All in all, getting good exercise video.
