Marsha Macro makes this video fun and easy! makes your positive attitude and promote the entire video is very funny as well. This is ideal for beginners. And 'the only training video that I could for the first time I tried to finish it. The video training is so intense that I could not stop, and then I feel bad not finishing, and finally give up the video and movement. I have a great sense of satisfaction each time I watch the video. The Boardand I wish it were on DVD, so I worry about my band finally consumed! I think I should get extra copies instead.
