Is it possible to get a killer workout that challenges the legs and buns without standing up? Yes, it is! The Firm: Lower Body Sculpting delivers an intensive lower-body regimen that can be performed entirely on the floor. A variety of Firm instructors lead this video, which provides a change in teaching styles and tempos. This exhausting 29-minute program concentrates on exercises that tone and tighten the hamstring, gluteal, and quadricep muscles. Isometric exercises are performed with concentration on muscle isolation and powerful, controlled movements. Multiple reps of leg extensions and abduction (for the outer thigh) are included here along with leg lifts that are sure to make those buns burn. Beginners and students with limited range of motion will find an accommodating format with this non-impact workout. The elimination of impact allows for minimal strain on the joints and soft tissue.
