The number of Amazonian friends who voted for this band of yoga immediately impressed this reviewer! There must be a huge market for self-care at home. Rodney Yee creates a pleasant, gentle humor, with pleasant background music. The production value is high. The pace is nice and not too fast. I was of those who wrote that Yee is moving too quickly in surprise. I politely disagree! My wife has 2-Yee yoga tapes and a female with a teacher. I tried it, thought they would be lessaggressive. Wrong! I had one that immediately discarded. Yee is much easier for a new husband and my back! We seem to disagree about the length of the strip. The answer must lie in the promotional material at the beginning. Simply fast forward to starting the lessons. I noticed that Rodney has swapped the left and right. In these cases, I know what he says and do not like him. I am the only expert who has taken over this? I am for those who say this group, happy is a virtual miracle. MoreThe power to them!
